We broke ground on this project in 2017 but have dreamed of this place for the better part of a decade. Partners in life and business, Beth Rogers and Thayne Robstad grew up and met in Saskatoon. They spent formative years living and cooking in Vancouver, Toronto, and put-puting around in their camper van "apples" from one corner of this country to the other.
After crossing the country a few times, sights were set back to Saskatchewan. They yearned to showcase a very personal love for this province through its cultivated and wild bounty. Creating a space to give back to this place and it's people by cooking with love.
Hearth is our vision of a comfortable atmosphere that accommodates everything from solo dining at the bar, to an intimate date night, to a cocktail fuelled multi-coursed birthday get-together.
"Home is where the Hearth is" is a cliche, but we truly believe it.
