Our fantastic Bar Manager, Curtis Kelly welcomes a guest bartender. Together they create a fun, nostalgic menu that will be available in addition to our regular menu. We will also have Dr. J to provide some festive beats.
Hosted by Iona Whipp and China White with performances from special guest Kiki Roquette. Brunch buffet provided by Hearth, welcome mimosa (alcoholic or 0proof), coffee/tea & juice, and performances included in tickets. Additional beverages available for purchase. Hearth Restaurant is delighted to once again partner with Noble Wine to host a collaborative wine dinner. This intimate dinner experience allows guests to see what goes into creating thoughtful food and wine pairings by the chef’s and sommeliers. Noble Wine has selected a single wine maker in their portfolio to highlight. Christine Pieroth, the wine maker, created Piri Naturel as a split-off line from her family run winery Piri Wein located in the Nahe region of Germany. Piri Naturel focuses on organic viticulture and low intervention wine making practices. Working together the chefs from hearth and the team at Noble wine currated a selection of 5. Gina, co-owner and the portfolio manager from Noble Wine will be with us to share the story of the wine maker and the incredible wines. This dinner will be hosted in the beautiful galleria space on the third floor of Remai Mdoern overlooking the South Saskatchewan River. It will feature a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings from the Piri Naturel line of wines.
We have created a tasting menu that will take you through the prairie seasons. Our chef enjoys walking the city and river valley throughout the year and observing the many ways the seasons change. Our intention with this menu is to present you with 5 hyper-specific (and delicious) vignettes showcasing the beautiful and fleeting moments of change that take place around us every day. $150 per person plus tax, gratuity included.
Kindred Plates is our third annual dinner series that celebrates kinship, inspiration, and connections shared by chefs. This one-of-a-kind dinner experience is hosted over two nights, giving guests the unique opportunity to sample creations by some of the best chefs in the country. Hosted by Beth Rogers & Thayne Robstad of Hearth Restaurant,and Christie Peters & Kyle Michael of Primal and POP. Kindred Plates will features guest Chefs from around Canada.
